We cover a more traditional focus on yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha Tantra and Yin will be in the daily scheduling with a deep focus and emphasis on more Eastern practices (like pranayama, Kriyas, Yoga Nidra, and mantras).

We are a Yoga studio located in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. We believe that Yoga is a practice for the body and the mind. It is also an ethical exercise, where the physical practice is an execution of the meditative aspect. We aim to bring balance into our lives using yogic practices in their traditional forms and different styles.
We believe in the power of hands-on assists. Kindly tell your teacher before the class starts if you wish not to be assisted.
